Terms and Conditions for Online Customers
Placing an Order
Following receipt of you order you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming what you have ordered and that we have received it. Our sales team will then process your order. Our website accepts most credit/debit cards and you can use either Protx or Paypal. Both of these methods ensure absolute security of your details.

Delivery
Most of our products are in stock and will be dispatched as soon as your order is received. However if you do require immediate delivery please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure your items are in stock. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.
Delivery to mainland UK is free for purchases above £100. For orders below this value you will be charged £5.00. Please call for a quote for carriage to other areas in the UK or Europe.
The courier delivering your order will place a card through your door if you are not in at the time of call. You will then need to contact the courier and arrange an alternative delivery time.
Returns
Please contact us prior to the return of any product.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will accept all purchases back within 14 days of delivery.
If a refund is required goods must be returned unused in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Delivery costs will not be refunded and goods must be returned at the customers cost unless we have made a mistake with your order.
Goods displaying a manufacturing fault must be returned for inspection and will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion, and in accordance with their guarantee period. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you wish to cancel an order this may be done at any point prior to the dispatch of your order. Please notify us by e-mail or telephone. Certain items such as furniture may incur a cancellation cost.
